Mariam leads and manage the Talent Development Unit of UNDP, which is Responsible for enabling and fostering a culture of life-long learning and building a pipeline of leaders across the organisation. The unit plays a key role in the talent management process; designing and implementing learning and leadership development programs by partnering with internal and external resources and stakeholders; working with UNDP senior leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure deployment of critical development needs at all levels across the organization, and for specific individuals targeted as future leaders, to ensure UNDP is well positioned to deliver on its strategic goals.
